Clinton Aluminum today announced the closing of their Kitchener, Ontario facility, effective at the end of this month. Orders currently on the books in Kitchener will be fulfilled by the end of the month. Taking of new orders will be consolidated into the Clinton Aluminum call center in northeast Ohio, effective immediately. Clinton
Aluminum will continue to service customers in Ontario and Quebec, with their wide variety of specialty plate and mold plate alloys, from their other processing centers in Clinton, Ohio, and Janesville, Wisconsin.
The Kitchener facility employs twelve workers in various warehouse, clerical, and sales positions. Their responsibilities will be incorporated into Clinton’s U.S. operations.
