ACP 5080P has a precision machined thickness and consistently tight flatness tolerance across the full surface of this cast aluminum tooling plate product. The 5083 chemistry is highly corrosion resistant and produces superb results when anodized. ACP 5080P has superior machinability and a high degree of dimensional stability. It’s uniform grain structure and porosity free material integrity produce an easily welded product with consistent mechanical properties. ACP 5080P is available in thicknesses from .1969” to 3.94” thick.
